The very kind people at Garmin UK have supplied me with one of their 'Edge 800' cycling computers to test out for a few weeks.
Unfortunately and quite typically I was out when it was delivered so I will have to wait until Monday before I can get my hands on it.
I will be writing a thorough review after a big ride I have planned at the start of February - London to Cambridge. I will be using the 'Garmin 800' to navigate there and to provide me with a huge amount of data, as my trusty 'Garmin Edge 200' does.
Throughout the time I am allowed to keep it, watch out for updates on how I get on with it. I am rather excited about using one and for someone like me - well documented for being hopeless with navigation - I feel it will be extremely useful.
You can click on the link below which will take you to Garmin's website.
In the meantime, many thanks to Simon at Garmin UK and I can't wait for Monday when it is scheduled to be re-delivered!
