Updating parts on my Brompton

The time has probably arrived when the chain and rear cogs need changing on my beloved Orange Brompton.

Many people who see it, comment that it is rather clean. I do like to keep it looking good however the ravages of time and it being the main workhorse of my Brompton bikes, means that the time has come to replace these parts.

I am debating whether I should wait for Brompton to release some of the parts that will appear on 2013 bikes. I could replace the chain, cogs and update the cranks with the new version.

I am still mulling this over and the decision may be taken out of my hands should Brompton not release the 2013 parts anytime soon.
