I do lots of circuits and rarely have to stop, so it's solid riding. There is a mix of flats and inclines but one very significant climb of 150 metres in length. I have an S2L and want to speed things up on my daily commute to work which is 7.5 miles. It takes me just under 45 minutes but have a few hills/climbs but still would like to get my time down. I am not overweight so wondered what you were doing to get on average 30 of so minutes at those speeds.
